WiseWoot Omnichannel<\/strong><\/span> Platform Terms of Use<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WiseWoot Omnichannel <\/b>is a solution provided by the company<\/span> Studio Visual Veiculadora de Publicidade Ltda.<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Studio Visual Veiculadora de Publicidade Ltda<\/b> (referred to in this document as \u201c<\/span>Studio Visual<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>WiseWoot<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>we<\/b>,\u201d \u201c<\/span>our<\/b>,\u201d or \u201c<\/span>company<\/b>\u201d) offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to facilitate the management of data and messages between business systems and their respective customers, through multiple communication channels and integrations with proprietary or third-party services (the \u201cServices\u201d). The term \u201c<\/span>CLIENT<\/b>\u201d refers to any organization that enters into an agreement with Studio Web to use the platform.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This Service Agreement constitutes a legally binding commitment between the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b> and <\/span>Studio Visual<\/b>, hereinafter collectively referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d and individually as a \u201cParty.\u201d This Agreement becomes effective when the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b> creates an account on the WiseWoot Omnichannel<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>platform, available on the company\u2019s official website (defined as the \u201cStart Date\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By registering and using the WiseWoot Omnichannel<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0platform, the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b> acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms herein, committing to this Agreement on behalf of the organization they represent. The <\/span>CLIENT <\/b>also declares that they are duly authorized to enter into this contractual agreement on behalf of said entity.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In case of any violation of the clauses within this Agreement, <\/span>Studio Visual<\/b>\u00a0reserves the right to suspend or terminate the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b>\u2019s access to the platform without prior notice. If the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b> does not agree to these terms, the use of the Services is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>1. Purpose<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

This Agreement governs the conditions for use and the provision of services offered by WiseWoot Omnichannel<\/strong><\/span>, a company specialized in providing technological solutions via the internet (Software as a Service – SaaS). The platform allows the <\/span>CLIENT<\/b> to use features according to the subscribed plan, which may include, but are not limited to: automations, integrations, data management, user communication, reporting, and technical support.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>2. Acceptance and amendments<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

The <\/span>CLIENT<\/b>\u2019s subscription and\/or continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of the terms described herein. WiseWoot Omnichannel<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>may amend this Agreement at any time with a prior notice of thirty (30) days via the platform, email, or other communication channels.<\/span><\/p>


If the <\/span>CLIENT <\/b>does not agree with the changes, they may terminate the Agreement without penalties before the new terms take effect.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span>3. Registration, Access and Responsabilities<\/b><\/span><\/h3>

The<\/span> CLIENT <\/b>agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Access to the platform is personal, non-transferable, and protected by authentication credentials. The<\/span> CLIENT <\/b>is solely responsible for:<\/span><\/p>
